Allow for 75mm frame thickness and your choice of internal lining. Building height from the existing ground level (including standard piers) can achieve <3m for exempt projects. Raked internal ceiling height approximately 2450mm to 2650mm. Skillion roof pitch 5 °. Eaves extension 450mm. Delivery: Any auto-estimates for shipping are approximate and depend on your location and kit specifications. Your deposit amount will be finalised only when your shipping quote has been confirmed and accepted. Your flatpack building kit is delivered by crane truck (Hiab) to your site address and placed as near to your desired position as permissible within operational safety regulations. Once your delivery is unbundled, 1-2 people can easily move the kit components to another area for on-site assembly. Payment: 50% deposit on final invoice to commence fabrication. 50% balance must be received prior to packing the kit for delivery to your site. Lead times in weeks can vary throughout the year and we will advise accordingly when preparing your order.
