Allow for Truecore® wall frame thickness of 75mm plus your choice of internal lining. A finished building height of 2.71m plus 600mm steel piers can achieve <3m above ground for exempt projects where applicable. Raked internal ceiling height 2450mm to 2650mm approx. Skillion roof pitch 5 °. Delivery: Shipping costs will depend on your location and final kit specifications. The deposit for your sales order will be invoiced when your shipping quote has been confirmed and accepted. Your flatpack building kit is delivered by crane truck (Hiab) to your site address and placed as near to your desired position as permissible within operational safety regulations. Once your delivery is unbundled, 1-2 people can easily move the kit components to another spot for assembly. You will have 48 hours from delivery to check the full list of components on-site and let us know in the unlikely event of any missing, incorrect, or damaged items. Payment: 50% deposit on final invoice to commence fabrication. 50% balance to be received before kit components are bundled for loading and delivery. Lead times in weeks may vary throughout the year and we’ll confirm with you when preparing your order.
